A performance management tool with several HR functions
15Five allows you to track the performance of your employees. It also offers things such as 1-on-1 session tracking, pulse surveys, OKRs, back-and-forth feedback, and peer recognition. In an effort to have you use the tool frequently, they ask that you sign in at least once per week. The idea is that you perpetually track the performance of your employees and then enter your findings/data into the 15Five tool. They suggest that your employees spend around 15 minutes on the tool every week to give their thoughts and ideas, and that managers check in on the tool for at least five minutes every week to see what the other employees have been writing.
